WRITE TO OUR TROOPS - USMC HANGOUT'S DATABASE OF NAMES AND ADDRESSES:
We now have a database of names and addresses so you can write to our troops. You will need to be an active registered member who has signed up to be a supporter in order to access the database (this is done for security reasons).

Places to write to our troops:
USMC Hangout - We have started our Write our Troops program once again. View a list of service members you can snail mail and e-mail. Also feel free to add your loved one to this list of growing names. You will need to register and sign up to be a troop supporter before you can view the database. This is done for extra security.

Other ways of supporting out troops and veterans:
Fly your flag
Volunteer at a VA Hospital, visit a hospitalized veteran or if you know of a lonely veteran in your neighborhood, pay them a friendly visit.
Put on a parade or community event for the next patriotic holiday.
Talk at your local school about patriotism or as a veteran to come and share their stories.
Write, call, or visit your U.S. Senators and Congressional Representative to voice your support for bills affecting our military and veterans.
Hire a veteran at your company.
Support and donate to the VFW
Support and donate to the DVA
Reach out to military families in your community, especially those with a loved one overseas.
